01 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and BA999 Status ("we", "us", "our", "ba999 status"). They govern your access to and use of the ba999 status website, mobile platform, sportsbook, online games and all related services.

By registering an account on ba999 status, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using ba999 status immediately.

02 Eligibility

To register and use ba999 status, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on ba999 status. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This means:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Never sharing your password with anyone, including ba999 status support staff.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contacting support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

04 Deposits and Payments

BA999 status accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These are the only supported payment methods at this time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your ba999 status account, is not permitted.

Deposits are credited to your ba999 status account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this happens within seconds. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

BA999 status reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we believe to be fraudulent, made in error or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment account where possible.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• BA999 status may request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals.

Most withdrawal requests on ba999 status are processed within a few minutes of approval. In some cases, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts, processing may take up to 24 hours. BA999 status is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient payment provider.

If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified via your registered contact details and the funds will be returned to your ba999 status account balance. Common reasons for declined withdrawals include incomplete verification, suspected fraud or a mismatch between the withdrawal account and the deposit account.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ba999 status are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules may also apply and are published within the relevant section of the platform.

• A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation from ba999 status. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to your bet. Odds changes after confirmation do not affect your bet.
• BA999 status reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds or incorrect market descriptions.
• Markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or competition organiser. BA999 status does not accept responsibility for errors in official results.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on ba999 status.
• The maximum payout per bet on ba999 status is ৳500,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific market.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

BA999 status offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the sports markets or games specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless ba999 status explicitly states otherwise.
• BA999 status reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus is cancelled while you are actively wagering it, any remaining bonus funds will be removed from your account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

• Using ba999 status for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event on which you have placed a bet.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with ba999 status.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the ba999 status platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward ba999 status staff or other members.
• Attempting to access another member's account without their permission.

BA999 status monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If we identify behaviour that we believe violates these Terms, we reserve the right to act immediately without prior notice.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

BA999 status reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• At the member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, ba999 status will investigate the matter before making a final decision. During the investigation period, your account balance may be held. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and your balance released.

You may close your ba999 status account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

10 Privacy and Data
